PP packing belt, also often encounter this situation. In the use of automatic packing belt machine or semi-automatic packing belt machine, although the joint is bonded at the moment the goods are packed, but as long as the place of the joint will be broken as soon as it is moved. This situation is mainly caused by the following reasons:
1. The baler's perm temperature is not suitable. When the PP packing belt interface is heated and bonded, the temperature is not high, which leads to the failure to bond firmly.
2. The baler's perm skew makes the joint of the packing belt unable to be automatically aligned and cannot be completely bonded when laminating at high temperature.
3. After the packer packs the goods, the goods can be moved after the pallet is returned to the position, otherwise the firmness of the packing belt will be reduced.
4. There is too much dirt on the baler's perm, which leads to the joint of the packing belt cannot be fully fitted. Usable sandpaper burnish off besmirch, keep hot hair neat and clean.
